Develop leaders within the Association and North Carolina’s long term care profession. The program is patterned after the American Health Care Association’s Future Leaders.

- Accepted candidates notified by 12/31/21
- Program begins January 2022
- Program concludes December 2022
Curriculum:
- Leadership theory and practical applications
- Interactive two-day symposium
- Goal Planning
- NCHCFA orientation
Participants receive:
- Supplemental reading materials
- Access to NCHCFA Board of Directors members and staff for support
- Class graduation event at the 2023 Annual Convention and Expo
- Opportunity to present to NCHCFA membership
